Made-to-order rings are typically delivered within 3–5 weeks, while ready-to-wear pieces dispatch in 3–5 working days. Every order is fully insured and tracked via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL.

As each piece is crafted to your exact size and specification, bespoke and made-to-order rings are non-returnable once in production. Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days if unworn and in original packaging.
